Every effort is made to credit Arrture points to member's account within 6 weeks of the transaction. If no point is credited for your transaction after 6 weeks, please send copies of your receipts to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that for missing transaction enquiry only transaction receipts within the last six months are accepted. Please include your name, membership number and contact information in all correspondence.
