Earning Arrture Points

No. Points earned by a member are not transferrable.
Every effort is made to credit Arrture points to member's account within 6 weeks of the transaction. If no point is credited for your transaction after 6 weeks, please send copies of your receipts to our customer service at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that for missing transaction enquiry only transaction receipts within the last six months are accepted. Please include your name, membership number and contact information in all correspondence.
Yes. Arrture points are awarded for each eligible visit to Plaza Premium Lounges including accessing via credit cards subject to Arrture's Terms and Conditions.
You can earn Arrture points for each eligible visit to our participating Plaza Premium Lounge across the world. Please refer to earn locations for the list of participating Plaza Premium Lounge locations. We will be expanding our footprints to other travel related services, please check for list of participating partners in our website regularly.
No. Arrture points can only be awarded when you present your Arrture membership card or quote your membership number at the time you visit Plaza Premium Lounges.

Redeeming Arrture Points

As a protection of your privacy and membership rights, you may redeem rewards only after (1) your name has been validated by one of the guest service officers at Plaza Premium Lounges in person; (2) you have activated your membership with a valid password.
You can use Arrture points to redeem complimentary lounge access vouchers of participating Plaza Premium Lounge worldwide. Simply login to your account and choose Redeem Now to redeem rewards.
Each lounge access voucher is good for one visit for one person at any participating Plaza Premium Lounges. You may redeem a voucher and give it to your family member or friend as a gift. Please present the voucher to any participating Plaza Premium Lounge to enjoy the service. The voucher can be used by non-Arrture members as well. Use of the voucher is subject to the Terms & Conditions stated on the voucher.

Membership Account

You can retrieve your e-membership card online by clicking Forgot Membership Number in the Member Login page and follow the instructions accordingly. For security reasons, your e-membership card would be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Before activating your account, your Arrture points would be valid for three months from the date of transaction. Once your account is activated, your Arrture points would be valid for three years. For further details, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Please refer to your Dashboard after login or monthly transaction statement.
There is no expiry date to your Arrture Membership.
Your account will be unlocked after 24 hours or you can click Forgot Password in the Member Login page to reset your password.
You can retrieve your password or membership number online by clicking Forgot Password/ Membership Number in the Member Login page and follow the instructions accordingly. For security reasons, your password reset link and membership number would be sent to your registered e-mail address.
As your registered name in Arrture would be used to validate the transactions for crediting points to your account, please update us when there is any change. You can submit your name change request in My Account section after login and provide the related documents for your name change. The name on your profile must match the name on your official documents to complete the request.
You can change your password or e-mail address in My Account section after login. You will need to follow the instructions and answer two security questions to update your password or email address.
